At Scorpio Syrians we only
breed hamsters for exhibition purposes and to maintain 'true' colours
and 'breeding lines'. This means that I don't breed commercially
and therefore don't always have excess stock to re-home. However,
I do keep to a regular breeding programme and as such I sometimes have
baby hamsters
which
I am not planning to keep for exhibition or showing purposes and
these babies are re-homed to the public and occasionally through a few
carefully chosen
pet shops.
